My Hungry Wolf With a Purpose

Monica Cintron, the heart behind My Hungry Wolf, is on a mission to share fun dog care tips and create a welcoming community for every dog parent out there. Like many millennial dog lovers, Monica became a proud dog mom to her adorable pup, Garo, while navigating remote work during the Covid pandemic. Since she didn’t have prior experience caring for a furry friend, she had a lot to learn about being the best dog parent possible.

During her journey, she discovered there wasn’t a one-stop shop for great advice on dog wellness, behavior, and activities or a space to connect with fellow dog parents about these topics. This inspired her to launch My Hungry Wolf, a place filled with playful and informative content to satisfy the curiosity of dog parents looking to support their furry companions. So come on in, and let’s explore the wonderful world of dog care together!

Meet Monica, a Communication and Marketing expert living in Easton, Pennsylvania, who simply adores her two pups, Garo and Puffer! Their unique personalities and charming quirks, combined with a wealth of resources on dog care, have equipped her with valuable knowledge on how to keep them happy and healthy. And while every dog has its own special traits, she’s excited to share some of her experiences and tips for better understanding them.

Garo and Puffer are both adorable Pomskys. Garo got his name from a Japanese tokusatsu television series, meaning “Fanged Wolf” – a fitting name for this little guy who loved to chew on his mom’s shoes when he was a puppy! He’s a bundle of energy with a playful spirit. Puffer, on the other hand, was part of the family before Monica adopted her. Named by her little uncles, she truly lives up to her name as a fluffy ball of joy! She’s the most cuddly pup around, and boy, does she have a loud personality!
